SCIENCE-BASED TRAINING
At Club K9 we believe in a science-based, positive reinforcement approach to training, and are extremely passionate about cooperative care, teaching methods where you work with your dog not against them. Offering group classes via our Training Academy to give you a solid training base with hands on guidance and Behavior Adjustment Training working privately with our behavior consultant Toni who is committed to creating individual training plans to help you and your canine companion. Whatever your situation the team at Club K9 are here to help strengthen your relationship with your pup.
TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS
TRAINING ACADEMY
Join our Training Academy on Monday nights from 7pm-8pm, practice skills you already know around distractions, or learn new ones. Each week is something different, with a strong focus on learning to read your dog's body language.
A prior understanding of reward-based marker training is essential or enquire about our Kickstarter class to set you up to join the academy.

PUPPY TRAINING
Our Puppy School is designed to give you the tools you need to help your puppy grow into a well-adjusted, happy adult. Getting the basics right is the first step, set your puppy up for success with our Puppy School.
PUPPY SCHOOL
Puppy School is the perfect mix of positive socialization, strategies, and training to set your puppy up for the future. Including cooperative care, enrichment, basic obedience and fitness and help with typical puppy problems.

PUPPY HEADSTART
PROGRAME
Here at the club we aim to give your pup the best start to life and help them understand the world they live in. Our puppy Head Start program can be useful on its own or in unison with puppy school, taking their education a step further as they complete this program during their time here at daycare. Our program focuses on cooperative care, desensitizing and exposure to every day live things from traffic, people, children, dogs, other animals, household appliances, and anything new that may be a little scary for your pup. The program runs over four weeks with two 30-minute sessions a week, with a tailored schedule to suit you and your pup's individual needs.

ON DEMAND TRAINING
NOSE WORK
Nose work is both fun and mentally stimulating for your dog, sniffing has a natural calming effect and is something they love to do. As dog owners, it is our role to keep them not only physically, but mentally fit and what’s great about nose work is there are no age barriers, your dog is never too old or young for learning. During this workshop, your dog will learn to identify a specific scent, find that scent and indicate to you its location, as well as the basics of tracking work.
